THE Cookery NC-II program provides knowledge and skills in the use of kitchen tools, preparing and cooking hot and cold meals.
CTH Level-2 International Certificate in Hospitality Services
This International qualification is primarily designed to be studied in parallel with one of the CTH Management Diploma. The programs includes qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada
Program Overview
This program prepares the students for employment in the international hotel & resort industry as well as in a cruise ship. After finishing the course the students are eligible to go for an international internship program and lead them to permanent job opportunities in Cruise Ship and Land base after gaining the international training program.
The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in hospitality operations, as well as providing an essential understanding of elements relating to life and work in the industry.
