CTH Level-2 International Certificate in Hospitality Services

This International qualification is primarily designed to be studied in parallel with one of the CTH Management Diploma. The programs includes qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada

Program Overview

This program prepares the students for employment in the international hotel & resort industry as well as in a cruise ship. After finishing the course the students are eligible to go for an international internship program and lead them to permanent job opportunities in Cruise Ship and Land base after gaining the international training program.


The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in hospitality operations, as well as providing an essential understanding of elements relating to life and work in the industry.

360 Hours (60 Sessions) + 680 Hours OJT

  • Danish Pastry with various fillings

  • Muffins and Cup Cakes and Cookies

  • Storage of Bread Products 

  • Decoration of Bakery Products

  • Sponge Cake and variations

  • Preparation of various Tarts, Tartelette & Pie

  • Preparation of Chocolate Mousse & Fruit Mousse

  • Preparation of Brownies and Cookies

Fundamentals in Culinary Arts

  • Introduction to Culinary Arts

  • General Safety at Work Place

  • Safe Food Preparation Procedures

  • Personal Hygiene and Kitchen Hygiene

  • Menu Planning & Recipe Costing

  • Identifying and familiarizing  Kitchen Equipment

  • Market Tour and Farm Tour

  • Introduction to the 5 Mother Sauces 

  • Basic Knife Skills & Cutting Techniques

  • Familiarization with Poultry, Pork & Beef Cuts

Internship Opportunities

With this program, the students are eligible to gain international experience in any of these countries: USA, Southeast Asian Countries, Spain, Poland, France, Greece, Malta, Mauritius & Czech Republic.

Pathway Opportunities

After finishing the program, the student may the education in Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Spain. Study + Well Paid Internship.
