CTH Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Practice

This International qualification is primarily designed to be studied in parallel with one of the CTH Management Diploma program. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.

CTH Level-2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality 

An International Diploma level program designed to provide students with the essential skills for their first job in the Cruise Hospitality Industry. The program includes the qualification of F&B, Housekeeping, Cookery NCII and Bread and Pastry NCII under TESDA competency-based program + Pathway Program in Canada.

Fundamentals in Culinary Arts

This is technical-vocational program that provides knowledge and skills in the use of kitchen tools, preparing and cooking hot and cold meals.

Fundamentals in Bread & Pastry Production NCII

A technical-vocational program that develops the skills of students in preparing and producing bakery products, pastry products, cakes and desserts.

Housekeeping Management

This is a technical-vocational program is designed to prepare students for housekeeping jobs in hotels, motels, and resorts. 

Food & Beverage Management

This course takes students on an intriguing journey through the vast world of alcoholic beverages.
